Skin Tag On The Tip Of The Tongue, Small, Soft, Flexible. Cure For Skin Tags?

I have what appears to be a skin tag on the top tip of my tongue . It is white but not generally painful (unless I accidentally bite it). It is small and soft with no hard areas and it is flexible (can move side to side). How is something like this treated? I have a couple of tags on my neck and they look very much the same. Thank you for your help.

dear jewelsakiwi
the tags can be removed by a procedure called radio-frequency surgery which can be done under topical or local anaesthesia with minimal or no side-effects. the procedure is painless with minimal healing time if done properly.
please contact the nearest dermatologist
