Antibiotics have no effect on a viral fever. Usually it takes 5-8 days for a viral to come down. Give crocin when she has fever. Cough syrups given only if she has cough. Runny nose with Cetrizine syrup (not combined with cough syrup).

if fever more than 100 f best way to control fever is do cold sponging , take wet towel and clean baby completely from top to down , this will definietly bring fever than drugs.
