What Is Causing Strange Cramping And Soreness In Abdomen?

strange cramping on left side of abdomin 36, female, 5'2", 175lbs. have been experiencing strange cramping near around my stomach area. almost feels like a pulled muscle, but it's been about a week now. i can push on my stomach and feel the soreness. also when I stretch side to side. it makes me uncomfortable to eat. i tried some gas x that didn't help , first thought it was from the holidays, but it's still bothering me, but the pain lvl hasn't increased. thought I would check before sitting in urgent care for gas

there can be possibility of any abdomen organ infection or inflamation
gastritis duodenitis gall bladder ulcer hiatus hernia or pancreas
these can be diagnosed well by ultrasound abdomen or endoscopy or both
as first aid
can use metronidazole course to clear infection if any
use antacid gel tds
plenty of fluids
non oily non greesy diet
ppi agent in the morning empty stomach can help additionally
