nose bleeds , dehydration and not being able to move are symptons of ?
Dehydration is the main cause of your nose bleed. When the mucosa of the nose is dry, it cracks and starts bleeding.
Do not do nose picking. Drink lots of normal water, avoid coffee and smoking.
Use saline nasal spray and saline nasal ointment. This will moisturise the nose. Use ice pack over the nose to stop bleeding. Also, consult your doctor for a complete examination.
Why I bleed from my nose while I was sleeping, is it a sign of a disease? ( 1st time that happens)
It is very common to get bleeding from nose while sleeping and the cause is dry air and this problem worsens in winters when you use heaters to heat your room.
Use humidifier in room and apply petroleum jelly in the nose.
Dry air results in cracking of inner lining of nose resulting in bleeding.
Consult a ENT for examination of your nose.
