It usually occurs after exposure to cold weather,oily,spicy food and also might be cross infection from other person near by you.
Start warm water gargle.Avoid cold drinks,oily,deep fried food.
Start proper antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic acid.
Nsaid with anti histaminic will be helpful.
