Its not normal to have urinary retention for post operative cases after so long. And its not normal either to have little urine output. It seem like their are some issues in urinary system that need to be addressed. Please have further investigation with help from urologist.

There is no time limit like one month or two months. You may start by walking slowly, then speedily. Then start doing little more heavy walking, speed walking and finally brisk walking.
