When i go on a night out whether I drink wine or spirits i get very bad extremely smelly wind like bad eggs :( The more stressed I get because others notice and comment the worse it is. And yet if I drink during a meal or at home this doesnt happen. It was very bad with vodka and redbull or coke....

The wine which absorb in stomach usually and duodenum pass into the liver for metabolism . The unabsorbed wine passes in large intestine hence in stool , that why color of stool is changed. Good luck.

Black stools next day after drinking red wine....i have MS but no symptoms, i had a total hysterectomy done june 25th,2013.....
There is possibility that red wine has led to gastritis and internal bleeding causing black stools. If the condition do not improves in 2-3 days ...meet your doctor...
