Suggest Remedy For Dry Coughing And Runny Nose
Out of the blue yesterday I started with a scratchy throat. It is so dry, it kept me up all night, causing me to cough. I had to get up many times to spit out. This afternoon I started with a few sneezes and now my nose is runny. Could it be allergies or do you think it s just a cold.

Start Steam inhalation , Plenty of fluids , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + montelukast combination.
