Thanks for your query. Your problems may be due to compression over the nerves in lower spine or, lower back muscles might have gone into spasm. Vitamin B12 deficiency too can produce leg pains. Irregular, painful periods can lead to pelvic infection which too can cause low backache. Discuss your problems with your doc. Take regular Mecobalamin 1500 micrograms/day.
Started period early nothing but old blood, very light, couple of days stopped now lower back hurts and lower pelvic cramps a little and boobs hurt. Normal?

This is common in second phase of the menstrual cycle i.e. after ovulation and before menstruation.
Variation in menstrual cycles - related to length of cycles and amount of blood flow is normal in normal menstrual cycle.
my wife is on her period but extremely nauseated as well as has lower back pains and bad headaches. this isn't normal for her.
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Nausea, lower back ache, and headache is commonly seen during pre-menstrual period.
These symptoms usually fade out with the onset of periods.
The persistence of these symptoms may be due to some hormonal imbalance.
Consult your gynecologist for hormonal study.
