Had Shoulder Injury And Is Swollen. Healing Time?
sir, i ve ac joint shoulder injury on my left shoudler...since falling from a bench doing some gymnastics skills..it happnd on 13th December..till now i dont feel its totally recovered becoz whn i lift weights..the injured parts seems little swollen..i consult to a physician bt nowadays hes out..so i ve no one neary by...he told to use shoulder belt ...i utilized till mid Feb..bt later doctor told me that i can remove it whn i home...since listening to that i ve used it even whn i outdoors...so please tell me hw time u think more it will take to recover...

You should first have a MRI of our shoulder to have a complete diagnosis of this problem.There can be tendon injury to shoulder which may need surgery.
