what does it mean when the pus in the stool is 0-1/hpf and RBC is 3-5/hpf?

Hi.. Pus cells can be normally seen in the stool..  Presence of 0-1 pus cells/hpf is completely normal..

my daghter has real foul smeeling oder and they are quite hard and dark
