Fever With Cold Hands And Feet

My son is 4 years old he has a fever but his hands and feet are cold he has chill bumps and every so often shakes a little what could it be or what should I do

Hi,
Thanks for query,
Nothing to worry,in children usually limbs are cold during fever.
Go for blood for TC,DC,MP.
After repor go for treatment.
Give plenty of water and light diet.
Ok and bye.
