Hello , maastrubation is not a bad habit as everyone thinks. Mastrubation in hot or cold weather does not make much difference its just the pleasure u get after mastrubation is important. Thus mastrubation causes loss of calories and sweating due to the act , in warm weather it causes slight uncomfortable. As such no diference for mastrubation in cold or hot weather

Occurrence of cold sweats in day and night after change in life may occur due to anxiety disorder. Try relaxation exercises like breathing exercises, yoga, pranayam, meditation etc. If you fail to get relief then consult a Psychiatrist.
