Non-diabetic Neuropathy In Toes, Dry Mouth, Feel Cold. Treatment?

I have non-diabetic neuropathy in toes-- now unsteady on my feet might and lost my overall strength--unsteady on my feet and using a walker in the last week. I also have dry mouth. and feel cold. Drinking lots of water but have little energy for vigorous exercise. For a few days I have tried Alpha Lopaic acid and B Vitamins. Can I get over this?
