Hello Dr After my 5th pregncy i got some problem in lower back (tell born) its difcult to set ( dont no how to explain ) please help me
HI. May be you are asking for a coccyx, the tail bone. There is a chance of an inflammation of the last bone due to previous injury and maultiple deliveries or a fall on buttock. Soothing with sitting in a warm water, anti-inflammatory medicines usually are sufficient for the relief. Sometimes a local injection of Kenacort can help. Occasionally it may require excision , that is removal

my lower back spine and my neck spine feel bruised to touch (without injury). + RECENTLY dvped Coccyx pain and painful lower back pain. I sit alot. what to do?
Thank you for asking on HCM. It appears from the information that you have provided that your muscles around the spine have gone into spasm to due prolonged sitting in a possibly poor posture. This is leading to pain in the lower back and the neck. If I was your treating physician i will inquire more about the nature, location, intensity of the pain, you can take pain killers and do x-ray spine.
