my lower back spine and my neck spine feel bruised to touch (without injury). + RECENTLY dvped Coccyx pain and painful lower back pain. I sit alot. what to do?
Thank you for asking on HCM.
It appears from the information that you have provided that your muscles around the spine have gone into spasm to due prolonged sitting in a possibly poor posture. This is leading to pain in the lower back and the neck. If I was your treating physician i will inquire more about the nature, location, intensity of the pain, you can take pain killers and do x-ray spine.
hi im 10 weeks pregnant and my tail bone cramps even painful while walking
Postural variation and local analgesic application and local cortisone injection help in treating the pain of Coccydynia of pregnancy. Removal of coccyx is an alternative when the pain is excruciating. Analgesics may be given from the second trimester onward with caution and some discretion. Please avoid prolonged sitting and use a well-padded seat. Hope your query is clarified. Take care.
