Child Having Late Night Vomitting, Diarrhoea, No Gas, No Burping,no Fever Or Fatigue. Reason?
Young child (2 1/2 )has intermittant Late night time vomiting intermittantly (occurring on the weekends) which has been occurring for the past 2 wks. Is symptom free except for asking for a drink after vomiting. Then in a couple of hours the foul smelling, dark brown diarrhea begins for a day, and resumes a normal stool afterwards. Has no gas(flatus) or burping noted. Feels well... no temp or fatique . Appetite is decreased though. Attends daycare on weekdays w/o any symptoms.
