Shortness Of Breath, Sweating, Chest Pain, Wheezing, Coughing. Bronchitis?

I ve had shortness of breath for 2 days now. Yesterday I woke up covered in sweat. Also yesterday is when I really started noticing the shortness of breath. I would breath in deep and my chest would hurt. I have also been wheezing and it is continuely getting worse. Sometimes I cough but nothing is produced by it and my upper back and head are killing me. I m thinking it s bronchitis but I m not sure. Can anyone help?

It seems you are suffering from acute asthma. Do you have history of asthma or any heart ailment in the past? You should visit er for nebulization with salsol and budecort. You may also be given systemic steroids and once your breathlessness settles down you may have to undergo investigations like xray chest, PFT and echo to establish the diagnosis of shortness of breathlessness.
