Frequent Dizziness, Facial Numbness, Tingling Hands. History Of Dizziness Post Car Accident. Cause?

Hi Doctor, When I was about 16 years old I was hit by a car and shortly after the accident I started getting dizzy for no reason, Like car rides, lifting my head or turning it too quickly. Now I am 27 and I am getting dizzy more often and easier and now my mouth and other areas of my face tend to go numb or get tingly and sometimes my hands.. Usually it s only my left hand. What could be the cause of this? I have no medical insurance currently, But I need answers. Thank you!
