What Causes Shortness Of Breath?
Lately my bp has had normal systolic with a slightly high diastolic - today 126/92. Also starting this week after doing a little yard work I had chest tightness and severe shortness of breath. This passed. Today I took the trash out to the road and I began some of the shortness of breath again, no chest pain.bab

Shortness of breath may be due to Bronchial Asthma, or allergy some times, as you were doing yard work it may probably due to allergy of dust, fumes, pollens,smoke.etc.
