In 2000, BEcause of family issues my weight was lowered from 48 kg to 37 kg within one week and from that week I am of around 38-44 kg. Today I m 37 years old man, I was gone under treatment for plural fusion and tiffed at a time in March 2006. Then once again the same issue of plural fusion reoccurs in 2007. First time I was taken Indian Ayurvedic treatment for more than eight months and for second time I was gone through AKT. Now this is 2013 and I caught by fever, and my weight is also around 42 kg. I have following symptoms - Fever, dry cough (around last 13 years) headache, pains in right lung. I draw Chest X ray and result shows following statements - 1. Multiple indistinct, soft, fluffy, opacities in right region-? infiltrates 2. Prominent bronchovascular markings seen bilaterally 3. Blunting og right C.P. angle and minimal plural thickening in right lower lateral chest wall. 4. Bony cage normal 5. Left CP angle domes of diaphragm are normal 6.Trachea is in centre 7. Cardiac silhouette is normal Also I done spootom test and results are as below - Gram Stain - Gram positive cocci in chains Colony charastristics - golden yellow, round colonies Organism isolated - Streptococcus pyogens. PUS cells - 18-20 Blood reports are normal no HIV infection, In urine test- Proteins - traces found. Now I want to know the exact disease and stage of disease. Is it TB, PF, lung cancer or any other.

Hi,
From history it seems that you have neglected your problem not going for proper treatment in time like going for other pathis for long time resulting complications occurred in lungs giving rise to this problem.
Now there might be having active pulmonary tuberculosis along with other bacterial infection as well.
Still there is time when you can become alright.
Consult Pulmonologist with all reports and get examined.
Go for regular treatment for long time under his supervision.
Take high protein nourishing diet with multivitamin supplements.
Ok and take care.
