Ideally we fix a posterior chamber lens,with in the bag placement,as that is where your original lens is.Foldable lenses are most expensive

usually a 'anterior chamber ocular lens' is fixed during the cataract surgery..for more details..discuss with your doctor which one will eb the best for you.
