Yes, you can exercise on hypertensive medicine. Start with light exercise and slowly keep on increasing till the level you desire to achieve. Only precaution is that your should not over stretch your self and take adequate rest in between the workouts. Before exercise drink plenty of ( not too much) added with salt and sugar ( in limit).
In between you can drink , if excessive sweating add more salt .
It is better not to do exercise in pain.
You please take rest so that the pain gets relieved.
If you are having musculo skeletal pain,exercise may aggravate the pain.
So,please stop exercises till the pain is subsided.
If you are having pain in the limbs and still you wanted to do exercise,you can do breathing exercises which are very good.
