hi
As you were diagnosed having scabies and it is highly contagious and If other members in the family are infected they should be treated at a time otherwise chances of reinfection is more.
first you go through the full course of anti scabies treatment all at a time and you can use steroid plus antiseptic combination topically on the itchy area twice daily and try to keep moisturizer your skin. This will resolve your problem if still not pl feel free to contact me further.
