What Causes Intermittent Chest Pain And Back Pain?

Hi, I'm a 32 year old female. Over the past couple of months I have been having on and off severe throat, chest and back pain. Back pain is located by shoulder blade and all pain is only on right side. When I get an attack it last about a week. The pain is so bad that nothing can take the pain away. Recently with my last attach I had stomach pain with it just under my right rib. Doc thought it was gall bladder. I have had heart checked lots, gall bladder checked. Ultrasound and X-rays. They can't find anything. Please help.

It can be cervical spondilytis. Take x-ray cervical spine. If it is present then do neck exercises. Give hot fomantation over neck. Apply analgesic ointment & take analgesic muscle relaxent tablet. You will get reilef.
