Diverticulitis is inflammation of a part of the bowel.
Infiltrated liver means the liver is studded with some deposits, could be cancerous.
The pancreas is atrophic means it is shrunken.
The rest is not typed clearly.

Generally these symptoms may be caused by infection, diverticulitis, colon polyps
These kind of symptoms needs medical attention and physical examination also. I would suggest you to visit gastroenterologist who may perform stool routine test, Colonoscopy may be indicated with these symptoms
If u get diverticulitis and have to have a surgery what is the chances of getting it again
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.
During surgery,diverticulum is removed as such.Since diverticulum is a congenital anomaly,once removed,it will not come back.
