HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Abdominal pain that occurs with the use of spicy or oily foods is most likely due to GERD (gastroesphageal reflux).
GERD can cause abdominal pain, burning sensation in the chest or upper abdomen, nausea, bloating, acid taste in the mouth, excess salivation, cough.

Treatment would involve lifestyle measures such as (1) the reduction of spicy/fried/fatty/acidic foods,
(2)small meals,
(3) reduction of chocolate/mints,
(4)weight loss if there is excess weight,
(5)avoiding tight clothing,
(6)waiting 2 hours after eating before reclining

The total cholesterol is high but it would be important to look at the breakdown of cholesterol i.e the value of the LDL and HDL

I hope this helps
