Been On Dialysis, Calcium Buildup On Feet. Has A Kidney Donor. What Should Next Step Be?

hi i am a living kidney donor for my brother. we cant seem to get anywhere with any hospital. weve been to 2 different ones already and ready to move on. every website says, if you have a living donor you dont have to be put on the wait list, then why is he? this is only after the 1st hospital which we both went to for over 3 years, claims to have no record of him! then the next place put him on the list. hes been on dialysis for 3 years now and because of the calcium build-up in his feet, can barely stand let alone walk, but still works. what should be our next step?
