Hello and welcome to HCM, Some hemorrhages or blood clots in brain resolve on their own. However, CT head is required in all cases of head trauma even if no symptom is present. Hi welcome to hcm. The pain you complaint since 1 day is may be sure to stress. I would advise to take pain killer after consulting your family physician. If pain continue for 3 days or more then consult physician for further check up. Hope i answered your question. Take care.
