Upper Abdomen Having Heat Burning Sensation. What Is The Problem ?
i am vasuki 27 years old female.my upper abdomen and heat burning sensation.after eating the food in upper region is wait and discomfort feeling.in right side upper region lightly press pain come and i think some small round ulcer is there i feeling and sometimes itching is there. and body is very heat. what is this.

Hello.Welcome.It looks like acute gastritis.Take some antacids.Get an ultrasound abdomen done.Consult Gastroenterologist if symptoms don't improve or if something comes in ultrasound.Good

you may having gastritis or reflux disease
you have to do a routine blood test and liver function test
you can take some antacids like pantoprazole before food once daily
if symptoms not subside then consult your gastroenterologist

if you have pain and burning in upper abdomen after fod may be due to gastritis or gastric ulcer, you need to avoid spice and fatty foods, heve food regularly. if you have tenderness in right upper abdomen chlecystitis ay be possibility. consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment
