What Are The Bumps On My Tongue?

I have bumps on my tongue towards the back and i stuck a finger to feel and it seems the lead down my throat. It hurts to swallow and my throat is sore this has been going in for almost 2 weeks I don t have medical coverage is this serious do I have a std or cancer ? Please help me I m very afraid

hello
it looks like swollen gland on tongue due to throat infection. You should take a course of an antibiotic. preffrably by meeting a doctor. I usually give dose of amoxicillin with clavulanic acid three time a a day 625 mg, for three to five days. Do warm saline garages five times a day. try to eat semi solid or liquid food, also avoid oily and spicy food for some time. You should be ok by three to four days and these swellings should subside on their own with meds.
