Hello and welcome,

I am sorry but this is not a very encouraging report. The previous scan means that there was a pregnancy but the slight separation indicates that it was trying to abort. The repeat scan at 7 weeks is still not showing a heart beat and you are also having brown spotting. This is more likely to be a missed abortion where the baby is not alive inside the uterus. This is very unfortunate.

You may either repeat a scan after a week and see if the heart beat is there. Most likely it will not come. Or you may take abortificient drugs or a surgical procedure to complete the process.

I am extremely sorry for this, but please remember that nature chooses the best. So maybe a better and healthier baby will with you in the following years. My all good wishes are with you.

Hope this satisfies your query.
