General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that she had side effects of the chemotherapy, or due to the absorption of the necrosed tissues of the lung cancer tissue. It may take some time for accomodation of the body.
i to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections, for 10 consecutive days, omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel, and symptomatic treatment accordingly. Thank you.
