Hi doc my ECG reports says suspected left vent. hypertrophy ventricular block
cause can be hypertension
as left venricle is to push blood in system and if there is hypertension the pressure on ventrivcular wall increase causing hypertrophy of wall of the ventricles
and the pressure can cause block also
need to consult the doctor cardilogists to do advanced test for find the cause and treatment
I have left hand pain for more than two three days now which come and go serveral times what is the reason for that
Chest xray ecg echo stress test normal
Left arm pain if not due to cardiac cause then it could be due to acute gastritis or could be due to neuromuscular spasms. Take Tab pantop 40mg twice daily for 3 days before food. Apply local analgesic gel on the area which is painful. If still does not reduce get an orthopedic opinion. Thanks.
Can you help me understand my Nuclear stress test
Resting ECG:NSR, possible Septal MI age indeterminate, Poor R wave progression, nonspecfic ST-T abn
Thanks for your query. You have not given Nuclear stress test findings. Resting ECG findings:- Poor R wave progression suggests a failing heart. The tracing suggests that they are either insignificant or, a possible minor heart attack involving the wall between right and left heart. I would be able to help you if Nuclear stress test findings are available to me.
