Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
First thing is you have to get MRI done to check what is the extent of the lesion. if it is involving any other tissue apart from bone. If only bone is involved then chances of success in surgery is much better. Also Get a CT scan to see how much bone is left. Treatment will be again rod and screws and bone grafting. i hope this time you will be finally cured.
