Hi.pimple like things in the hairy part of the groins during periods can be due to the wet conditions during the periods.tgese lesions are called folliculitis.use of antihistamine.antibiotic like pencillin or azithromycin 500 mg thra week along with mupirocin ointment over the lesions and on nares .umblicus and perianal areas to reduce the recurences of folliculitis.regular cleaning can cure it

Hi, You seem to have two problems. One is a folliculitis which is a bacterial infection. Second is a fungal infection of the groin which is candidiasis. Both of these are quite common after menstruation. Do not worry. You can use an antibiotic cream for the boil at present till it heals. Later you can use an antifungal cream.
