Swelling In Both Ankles And Feet

I am 19 and have had swelling in both ankles and feet for years now and it never fully goes away. The problem is more severe on the right side than the left. I have tried seeing doctors before but no one can tell me what is wrong, except to say that something definitely is. What could I have? I already did ultrasounds on my legs that showed no blood clots and suggested that my veins are fine. I also had an echocardiogram that didn t show anything to be wrong with my heart.

A swelling on both lower limbs suggests hypothyroidism, cardiac disorder, renal disorder most of the times. Have you undergone thyroid function tests/ urine tests...? Is there any swelling on face or anywhere else? Or any other symptoms?

Dear Sir,

i am 27 years female unmarried (engaged and i have physical
relationship with him)


From past 3 months my face, leg whole body swelling, i have done all
the test like LFT, HCV, 24 HRS URINE, SONOGRAPHY LIVER , THYROID, FT4,
CHEST X RAY, ECG, SERUM CREATININE all reports are normal then to
still am getting swolen, if i take rest then i will be ok, if i walk
for long time my legs will be swollen.

kindly advise for treatment.
