Hi,

Hi
I have gone through the coplaints that you have mentioned in you mail & I think that the upper back pain that you are having can be because of para spinal muscle spasm or you can call it a sprain. It may have appeared because of some injury that you have sustained in the near past or because of some wrong posture.
If the pain is radiating to extremities(i.e. your arms and legs) & you have a neuralgic pain then you should go for MRI to find out if there is any nerve compression or not.

Just a simple tip to get relief, is to apply hot fermentation twice daily. You can take some Homeopathic remedies that will be of great help in getting rid of your problems.
