Hello
Thanks for writing back

There are many types of malignant tumour in the intestine.
Prognosis depend upon many factors like type of cancer, stage, age of the patient etc.
Many types of tumour and early cases are fully recovered after excision.
So,you shouldn't be panicky and wait for histopathology report.
She may need further treatment after histopathology report like radiation therapy, chemotherapy etc.

Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
