Back Spasms Before Menstrual Cycle. Tubal Ligation Done. Treatment?
After my daughter was born in98 I decided to have a tubiligation and soon after I discovered before my cyle each month that I would have mild back spasms but year after year they become more intense. It feels like lightening bolts going up my spine . Is there anything you can recommend for some relief . I was never made aware of this side effect. Thank you for assistance

get an ultrasound of the pelvis 2-3 days before ur cycles. u may be sufferring from endometriois.
