Back Pain After Delivery

Iam 28. I delivered by caesarien section and delivered a baby 3 months back. My problem is that from that time iam getting lot of back pain these days. It is quite severe. I saw in television that the back pain can be decreased by doing some exercises. What kind of excersies will help me?

hey if it is quite severe check it with your doctor. it might be serious. don't just do any exercise it may get worse. afterall you have a baby and a home to look after. dont take chances.

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist Kartikey Chaudhari's  Response
1st of alll consult your orthopaedic and then go for physiothrapy. You can do isometric abdominal exercises.if you have pain in spinal flexion then do spinal extension and if you have pain in spinal extension then go for spinal flexion exercises.you can also get some releive by electrical modalities like SWD or TENS which you can get in physiotherapy clinic.
