Cramping Pains, Diarrhea, Lower Back Pain, Anxiety, Acidity. What Could Be This?
Hello, I have been experiencing so much cramping pains that happened yesterday. Yesterday it was diarrhea and now today I can't even use the restroom, I try but it won't work. After it stopped for a while my lower back has been hurting (Only when I lay down on my side) I have Anxiety and sometimes I just think that it's just that. Is diarrhea or Anxiety related to my back pain? It's not a severe back pain. I also have had gas for about five minutes now.
Diarrhea can be caused by anxiety indeed. However more possible is bacterial infection. Lower back pain is most likely a symptom of urinary tract infection. Such infection is quite often complication of diarrhea. You may also have burning while urinating, frequent urinating. I suggest you to visit your doctor , have blood work and stool tests. Antibiotics seems to be necessary.
the stomach infection and hyperacidity can cause back pain triggered by anxiety use metronidazole in bd dose to treat stomach infection add liquid antacids and can take antispasmodic for stomach ache if your infection or acidity is controlled the back pain will go
