Yesterday morning my boyfriend had an upset stomach. He went to work. After lunch he informed me that he threw up his lunch. When he got home at the end of the day he had taken some pepto bismol. Within 15-20 minutes he threw that up. He did however eat some burger king. He was starving. He kept that down for approximately the same length of time. From that point in the evening he was getting sick every half an hour. The Dr.'s at the ER said that he had a gastrol virus. He explained to the dr that he had pain at the top of his stomach. They sent him home with some anti=nausea medications and something else for the acid in his stomach. I don't think they addressed the issue. They fixed , or rather tried to, the symptoms. they however didn.t fix the problem. Do you have any ideas what it may or may not be? Should My boyfriend go back to the ER to have this problem researched again?
