Does CT Scan Report Suggest Alzheimers Disease?

My grandmother has dementia. On the CT Brain without contrast findings include - ventricular system is midline in position and shows no mass effect. There is mild to moderate ventriculomegaly and the cortical sulci are moderately prominent bilaterally there are no acute areas of diminished or increased attenuation in the brain parenchyma and there are no extra-axial fluid collections.

Impression: normal examination for this age with Involutional changes

Based on the CT result does she has Alzheimer's disease

No,Alzheimer's disease can't be confirmed from this report.
This reports shows age related atrophic changes in brain.
Atrophic changes in brain occur in many conditions like Ageing,Sequel of infection,Alcoholism,Alzheimer's disease etc.
She need proper neurological examination,few biochemical investigations and further radiological investigations like MRI brain.
