Does Aloe Vera Prevent Burnt Scars?
Hi just last night around 9:00 I was waxing my cheeks and I guess the wax was to hot and it burned my skin on two sides of my upper face closer enough to my eye area . I currently have pure aloe Vera gel on the areas since last night and I keep re-applying it. When I do put it on it burns a lot but then passes, but I was wondering if that will prevent scaring ? And if not what cream will ? :(

Hi,
You had superficial to deep thermal burn over your face which is very painful and hai reddish Discolouration over burnt area .
Just after burn it should be washed with clean water and savlon so than foreign particle if present is being removed . Apply ice or cold water over the area which ll provide soothing effect . Don't burst if any blister is formed . Apply silversulfadiazine cream over the area locally . If the symptoms does not relieves in 2-3 days visit burn n plastic dept .
