At time level of hemoglobin you don't require Bloodtransfusion but you need to repeat hemoglobin test after 1 month .
Ask your doctor for Iron supplements .

Why is injection frusemide used during bloodtransfusion?
What is cause of waist pain?
Thanks for your query. Inj Frusemide is given whenever there is excess fluid in the body; when the heart is weak or has heart disease; in kidney diseases. Any further increase in fluid levels in the system, increases the load on heart and cause it to fail. Hence, Frusimide- which increases urine output and reduces fluid load- is given before bloodtransfusion.
