My baby girl is 17 months old. She has constipation first time since 1 months, before & first time in 17 months she was on antibiotic for mouth infection..We visited doctor and he gave digestive herbal medicine and and Dupbalac one spoon two times a day for 15 days. Still she constipate. We are giving fibre rich product like prune,almond,apple juice,figs,honey etc. and lot of water fluid.Normal food intake....veggi juice, fruits,kichadi make of rice and moong(lenthils) with milk sometime yogurt. She was on breast feeding upto now. Since my wife is pregnant again with 2 months, she almost stop breast feeding except one time at night. No chocolates, no dairy or packed foods.

Query... whether prune,almond(two a day),honey,hot cow milk, saffron,fruit juice (apple,pears),khichari(above),is safe for her? what else we can do to cure constipation. She eats good and release once in two days but hard and painful almost all times.
