I am 18 years old and ever since was a child I had serious constipation plus blood in my stool. My eating habits from when I was a kid might have gotten worse, but it is hard to eat right and be a good student at the same time. I did try to exercise but find it difficult to paste in my schedule. Taking it slow is just not my speed. What can I do to help my digestive system? What should I eat to better my system and stop my constipation.
Hi. Just relax. The things I am going to write for you will do's and don'ts. You are a good student, very nice, but constipation should not bother you. you should take plenty of fluids .Keep water bottle always with you while studying. This will detoxify you body and remove constipation. Eat more of fibre diet like whole wheat products or more of cereals,lot of salads and fruits. avoid all bakery products, cola drinks and fatty products.Try to eat small and frequent. This will also improve your apetite and your learning power . Thanks.
