What Is The Cause For Testicular Pain?

I was treated on July 4th for a UTI with Cipro, I've now have pain in my right testicle..not sure what to do? I've had an ultrasound with nothing, two urine samples which just showed a possible UTI when I started Cirpo then about a week later. I never had testicular pain before being treated for the UTI.
