White Vaginal Discharge. No Itching. Yeast Infection?

Hi. The other day out of no where I started getting white clumpy discharge . I noticed it only while using the bathroom but I also saw smaller amounts on my panties without any concern because it was a small amount. But a few days ago there was a large white clump sitting at the base of my vagina as I was using the restroom. It was squishy and did not smell. It totally freaked me out. I have never had a yeast infection and I have no itching or swelling or other symptoms. In a panic I used a refresh system then a one day yeast infection gel. That was about 1 am that I used the yeast kit. I have always had normal discharge but never clumps. It s so embarrassing. Any ideas of what it may be or when it will go away??

Hello
thanks for your query.
Wihout any itching, pain, burning or other problem, please do not worry about there being any disease.
Normally, during the course of a menstrual cycle, specially around the time of ovulation ( mid cycle ) and after it, there is vaginal discharge, which is also sometimes in the form of mucus plugs or clumps, as you described
This is perfectly normal, and nothing to worry about.
However, do not use any medications or products without consultation.
To rule out any associated pelvic infections, and to confirm that this is indeed physiological vaginal discharge, please consult your gynecologist.
Take care.
