Presence of RBC and pus cells in urine suggest that you have Urinary tract infection. A course of antibiotic like ciprofloxacin should be done and keep yourself well hydrated. Paracetamol can be taken if you have associated fever.
What does epithelial cells in the range of 12- 15hpf indicate?
Epithelial cells line the urinary system. Their passage in the urine is not of much significance, as it reflects rapid turnover of cells, with new cells formation and old cells being shed in urine. Rapid turnover occurs to replace damaged cells (due to infection) with normal lining.
